Nick Jones - Private Practice
Nick read law at Bristol University before going on to train as a solicitor with Wragge & Co. Having qualified in September 1997, he practised as a corporate lawyer before moving over to legal recruitment in January 1999. Nick joined Taylor Root in October 2006 from Hays Legal and is a Manager in the Birmingham office with responsibility for Partner and Associate recruitment across Midlands private practices.

Sarah Cole - Interim & In-house
Sarah graduated from the University of Hull with a degree in Biology and worked in the pharmaceutical industry before moving into recruitment in 1999. She joined Taylor Root in August 2007 to develop and grow the interim and in-house businesses in the Midlands.

Tom Pogmore - Private Practice
Tom is a law graduate from the University of Birmingham and completed the LPC at Nottingham Law School in June 2004. Tom works alongside Nick Jones in placing lawyers into private practice roles in the East and West Midlands.
