Reporting to the General Counsel, you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy working on all aspects of the outsourcing, systems integration and consulting transaction life cycle, from initial tender process through to contract implementation. Working closely with a broad range of internal clients and management, you will advise on a wide range of commercial issues and transactions, as well as ad hoc legal issues. With responsibility for a Junior Lawyer, this is an ideal next step up if you are currently at a technology or consulting company, or similarly if you are looking to move out of a TMT team in private practice.
