A new opportunity has arisen at one of Australia's leading law firms within a prestigious energy & resources practice. Due to the departure of a senior associate, the group are looking for a leading figure in the group to take the lead on E&R corporate transactions. You will be given the opportunity to travel overseas and work on cross jurisdictional matters mainly relating to the oil and gas industry. The suitable candidate must have a minimum of 4yrs PAE in energy and resources, those with experience in the oil and gas industry will be seen favourably. A mix of corporate M&A and advisory experience is also required. |
