In House Commercial Property Lawyer

In the UK, for the last decade, ProLogis has consistently developed more than 3 million sq ft a year, including some of the largest high-profile and sustainable schemes in the country.  We provide logistical space to many of the leading UK and global brands.

Reporting directly to UK Legal Counsel, this is a high-profile position, offering an excellent opportunity to join the organisation at a senior level and, therefore, to become an integral part of the business. You will work closely with senior decision makers and provide first line comprehensive legal advice and support to all areas of the organisation including providing advice of land acquisitions and disposals and leasing.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 8 years pqe gained within development work, alongside strong technical ability, commercial astuteness and an energetic personality.

The successful candidate will be able to gain credibility quickly within the organisation and will have natural authority, together with an ability to ensure that the business automatically turns to the in house function for advice. Strong communication skills are, therefore, essential.

This opportunity will suit a seasoned in-house lawyer seeking a fresh challenge or, alternatively, an enthusiastic lawyer in private practice looking to make their first move in-house. The role may also provide the opportunity to grow a real estate team.
