Assistant Company Secretarial Manager

This role will work closely with one of the Managers supporting on a range of exciting projects. Work is split across three divisions:

UK Technical - Assisting with group reorganisations, financial restructuring for liquidation and core company secretarial duties.

Subsidiary Governance - Assisting with clients on budget management, looking at what frameworks are currently in place and advising on high level Board support, Director training and looking at what operation models are in place.

Global Entity Management - Assisting people that want to outsource and assisting with any benchmarking exercises.

The role of Assistant Manager will offer support across all three divisions with guidance and support from the Manager.

This role would suit someone with 3 - 4 years company secretarial experience who is seeking the next stage in their career and looking for a role which will provide variety and career progression.
