The ideal candidate should possess:
- Good quality training and at least 2 years' post-qualified experience in Corporate M&A, IPO, Capital Markets, regulatory compliance (listed issuers/SFO licensed persons), finance and commercial contracts, etc
- A strong client focus and demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with peers, clients and industry experts
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
- Resilience and a commitment to excellence
