My client, a global firm surpassed by few for its banking and capital markets offering, is looking to hire one possibly two Capital Markets associates for 3+ months, possibly longer, starting immediately. They are open to a range of levels for these roles, so candidates with a minimum of 2+ years PQE with broad Capital Markets exposure will be considered.

The workload will consist of a broad practice across national corporate, capital markets and finance transactions, advising on IPOs, international rights offerings and other equity offerings, high-yield and investment-grade bond offerings and private placements, large acquisition financings, tender offers and other liability management exercises.

You'll be working alongside one of the most prominent partners in the firm, Ranked as a top tier practitioner by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 UK, and one of the most widely-respected advisers in their field globally.

This role is suited for candidates with a minimum of 2+ Year PQE in general capital markets matters, ideally from a top City or US firm in London (although candidates who have qualified in another jurisdiction will also be considered for this role).
