Change Manager

Typically you will be responsible for:

  • Analysing processes and identifying change opportunities
  • Blueprint design
  • Running pilots
  • Liaising with Technology to organise tech solutions where needed
  • Partnering with transformation and operational teams to implement solutions
  • Liaising with and effectively managing stakeholders of various levels throughout the change cycle

This is an ideal opportunity to work across a range of projects, with the opportunity to further enhance and develop existing change skills

  • Previous delivery / deployment experience is required for this position
  • Project qualifications such as PRINCE 2 or PMP is desireable
  • End to end change delivery experience sought
