Taylor Root are currently working on an exciting opportunity for a permanent and full time Client Administrator to join the well regarded Residential property team of a Mayfair-based law firm. The job will be working alongside the fee earning solicitors assisting them with processing various compliance matters and billing administration for their clients.
The idea candidate will:
- Have experience of working in the legal sector or other professional services firms.
- Have done similar tasks/fulfilled the obligations of a similar role
- Has a good understanding of the residential property/conveyancing process.
- Specific residential property duties will include HMRC matters, HM Land Registry, NHBC and pre/post completion work.
