Reporting in to the COO and working closely with the Sales and Customer teams you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial contracts such as professional services agreements, procurement and supplier agreements, confidentiality agreements and licensing arrangements. You will work closely with the senior management team to ensure every client has a fantastic experience. You will have the budget to instruct and manage External Counsel to draw on specialist know-how when required for a range of legal matters such as corporate or employment work.
You will ideally have c. 4-6 years' experience in commercial law, ideally gained in private practice or a similar in-house tech environment. Good academics and a training contract from a reputable law firm is essential. You must be able to work independently and manage projects with limited oversight, a high attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
