A disruptive global technology company is looking to hire a Commercial and Technology Transactions lawyer to join their Irish team.

The core job duties of this role include:

Execute commercial sales and partnership transactions, including deal structuring, drafting and negotiation across a range of commercial areas including enterprise software, SaaS, PaaS, cloud, data analytics and related integration and support services.
Help coordinate and implement our contracting strategy and framework, including driving the companies templates, negotiation positions, playbooks, and escalation approvals to close deals at scale.
Drive the utilization of digital contracts systems and processes to automate contracting and data driven negotiations.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years PQE, and have experience with complex and high value technology transactions. Exposure to transactional data privacy and data security matters is also a plus.
