I am currently working with a leading international consultancy firm who are looking to hire a Senior contracts counsel into their established legal team.
The position is for a commercial contracts lawyer with an interest in UK and Western Europe public sector work. The role will be responsible for handling a range of commercial contracts relating to work for the UK and potentially Western Europe public sector, particularly in the international development sector. This will involve reviewing and negotiating government contracts, subcontracts, collaboration agreements, confidentiality agreements and memoranda of understanding; assisting their consulting teams with the review of public sector tender documents and preparation of tender proposals; and working on internal compliance and risk management issues.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for an established and highly regarded legal team.
Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
