One of the largest pension schemes in the UK is seeking a company secretarial coordinator to join their team in London on a fixed term contract.
As the company secretarial coordinator, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Providing board and meeting support, including producing board and committee packs, maintaining team document templates and creating meeting agendas
- Ensuring effective facilitation of board and committee meetings and maintaining the schedules of these meetings
- Maintaining the company registers and statutory books for the main entitites
In order to be successful, you will have significant experience within a company secretarial team, specifically with board support duties and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Please note that there will be a requirement to travel to Liverpool on occasion.
