A large housing provider is seeking an experience company secretary to join their in Oxford.
In this role you will be expected to provide strategic corporate governance advice and company secretarial support to the Board and Executive.
As the company secretary, some of your responsibilities will include:
- ensuring compliance with constitutional and regulatory requirements for the organisation
- leading the authoring and updating of corporate governance tools
- being responsible for the maintenance of registers, contracts, shareholders, fraud and more
- providing the full spectrum of board support for all board and committee meetings
You will have experience of working in a highly regulated environment, significant company secretarial experience and ideally be ICSA qualified or eager to complete the qualification. Candidates looking for part-time work of 4 days per week will also be considered.
