My client is a global financial services advisory firm with c. 45,000 employees across 140 territories. The organisation has four business units: Corporate Risk, Human Capital, Benefits Administration and Investments. They currently work with 80% of the world's 1000 largest companies along with many mid-market and smaller businesses around the world.
Based in Dublin, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating compliance policies and procedures for the 5 regulated entities in Ireland, covering a broad spectrum of financial services regulation.
As well as managing a high performing compliance function, you will also play an active part in senior leadership forums and various committees across the group, establishing effective relationships with service providers and stakeholders outside of Ireland. One of your primary roles will be to interact with and be the main point with the Central Bank of Ireland. High level projects include Brexit planning, regulatory change programmes and maintaining the integrity of data privacy systems.
This would be an excellent opportunity for a Senior Compliance Manager or Deputy to step up into a Head of function. You will be operating and influencing decision making at the NED and C-Suite level of a global multi-jurisdiction complex business and enabling growth and innovation through robust and efficient compliance policies and procedures.
