Rare opportunity for a junior lawyer seeking to work in a highly regarded practice in Birmingham which leads the way in delivering legal advice that makes a social impact.
This firm has one of the largest construction, procurement and projects team in the Midlands and contentious construction lawyers are regularly instructed on high value and complex construction disputes, contract rectification, cladding and fire related issues, adjudication and payment disputes across the firms specialist sectors including; housing, local government, social business and charities.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to all aspects of contentious construction law, working on their own caseload as well as assisting on more complex matters. The role will mainly focus on contentious work but there will also be a range of opportunities to support the team on broader projects.
Applications are sought from NQ-3 PQE lawyers with construction or commercial litigation experience gained at a well-regarded regional, national or international firm who are keen to work for the firms specialist sector clients. Solid technical knowledge, excellent communication and written skills and a strong work ethic are all essential.
