Construction Lawyer

Our thriving international client recognised for their high profile and size on a global scale, are now recruiting for a NQ-5 PQE construction lawyer to join their team in Birmingham. You'll be rewarded with a competitive salary and strong benefits package including a great pension.

The role comes with a first class route for progression whilst also offering first class quality of work focusing on a range of complex construction matters both contentious and non-contentious. They advise their clients on all aspects of construction projects, from inception and procurement contracts and all forms of dispute resolution. The team also advises on all standard forms of contracts.

You'll join a Birmingham team that is very active in key sectors such as energy, waste management, chemicals and process plant, infrastructure (including transport), real estate regeneration and development. On the construction litigation side the team is winning high profile work including in the international arbitration arena and they are very keen to continue this. You will bring a genuine desire to help promote the team and its capabilities to an even wider client audience.
