This award winning national law firm recognised as private and public sector experts, seek an experienced construction lawyer to join their highly supportive team in Birmingham. Excellent quality of work is offered predominantly focused on non-contentious matters, along with the opportunity to build a case for partnership within the firm.

This is an exciting role which comes with excellent opportunities for the right candidate to develop their own networks and business. Candidates should be technically competent particularly in regard to national standard forms and preparing and or advising upon all associated documentation including inter alia collateral warranties, duty of care agreements, performance bonds and guarantees. You will bring experience of providing advice regarding all aspects of national non-contentious building, construction and engineering work. You will work for clients across the full spectrum of the construction industry, including employers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.

The team are open to applications from either highly proficient associates with lots of potential for the future or senior associate level lawyers looking to join a team dedicated to progressing your career quicker by working in partnership with you to achieve your more immediate ambitions.
