This Birmingham-based role sits within the firm's highly established national procurement and public law team working for a diverse range of clients ranging from major corporates to government departments on all aspects of disputes avoidance, resolution and management. The work is high value and you will be dealing with complex procurement and public law cases including arbitrations, litigation, adjudications, expert determination and mediations.
In addition the team work closely with their non-contentious procurement and public law colleagues to advise and support on early strategic advice to minimise litigation risk.
The opportunity comes with a lot of responsibility and the chance to take a lead role on key cases. Whilst a specific level of PQE is not specified, it is thought that someone operating at around Senior Associate level (or equivalent) will have the right level of experience for this role.
