The responsibilities of the role include:
- Deal Structuring
- Support global sales in structuring deals
- Manage compliance with necessary approvals
- Work with operations to ensure profitability requirements are met for custom deals.
- Customer Contracting
- Support sales and legal in negotiating commercial terms of key agreements
- Work with the legal team to ensure that compliance, data privacy and commercial terms are incorporated into sales contracts
- Advising senior management on commercial risk
- Assist Sales with ensuring correct product configurations and commercial terms are represented in orders and contracts.
- Key stakeholder in defining and managing pricing policy
- Creation and maintenance of price books and supporting materials
