An international software company is looking for a talented and pragmatic Contracts Manager with experience in managing and negotiating a wide array of contracts to join their small legal team based in London. This role will manage a Contracts Assistant and liaise with both customers and colleagues to deliver legal guidance.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Law degree with a 2:1
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Knowledge of GDPR is essential
- Experience working with IT contracts is preferable, but not essential
- Experience working with DocuSign or similar is preferable, but not essential
- Proficient in MS Office
