This company is a fast paced, global leader within "cloud" computing. They are looking for a bright, commercial and ambitious lawyer to support their rapidly evolving business and launch exciting new products across Europe.
You will primarily support the EMEA sales and marketing team with responsibility for drafting, negotiating and advising on strategic technology service agreements and data protection terms. You will also provide legal support for local and regional marketing initiatives. Transactions will include a range from high-value, complex agreements through to standard services contracts.
Ideally you will be 5-8 PQE and have qualified in a top tier law firm. To be considered for the role you will need to be able to demonstrate that you have a passion for technology. You must have a strong transactional background, and possess knowledge of IT/technology transactions.
