This global investment bank is looking to appoint an employment lawyer to join its Employee Relations Team.
In this role you will advise on a broad range of work including settlement negotiations, redundancies, grievance and disciplinary processes, contractual issues such as bonus schemes and restrictive covenants, and general HR queries.
You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm and have a minimum of 4 years' PQE advising on a broad range of employment and Employee Relations work. Experience advising financial services clients or secondment to a financial services organisation would be ideal.
