Employment Lawyer 4-8 years PQE

The firm

Our client is a national law firm with a thriving employment practice. Growth in the practice has created a fantastic opportunity for a talented employment lawyer to join their team.

The opportunity

Working alongside highly regarded partners and senior lawyers, you will act for large clients across multiple industries including IT, retail, finance and manufacturing. You will provide advice relating to:

- health and safety matters

- enterprise and workplace agreements

- unfair dismissal and discrimination applications

Requirements

The successful candidate will have at least 4 years' experience gained in a reputable employment practice. You will have excellent drafting and communication skills, strong academic achievements and enjoy working collaboratively within a team. If you are looking for a step up into a larger firm or are looking for a change in culture, this could be for you.
