Are you an employment lawyer looking for an opportunity to join a thriving European retailer?
We are working on a newly created role with a client who are taking their market by storm and growing year on year.
In this newly created role, you will report into the Head of Employment and be part of a small but busy team. You will cover an array of employment matters, covering policies and procedures, disciplinaries and grievances (including managing employment tribunal claims), discrimination and redundancy. You will be a brilliant communicator, confident when advising senior stakeholders and adept at building and fostering relationships across all levels within the business.
Ideally, you will be at least 2 PQE with private practice training. It would help if you had in-house experience, however it is not essential. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to communicate effectively with both colleagues and customers alike. Experience within a retail or hospitality environment would be advantageous.
