Our client is a leading U.S. practice with offices in the City.
Due to a particularly busy period within the Employment team, extra resources are required to assist with a mix of mid-level contentious, non-contentious, advisory and corporate support work.
The team acts for both domestic and international clients, providing commercial advice on TUPE, business transfers, outsourcings, private equity, M&A, insolvencies and investments. The team also advises on cross-border projects including business reorganisation, redundancies, hiring and firing etc.
The ideal candidate will have a good level experience across all aspects of employment law gained from working on high-level work in City law firms. Applicants should be available to begin a role at reasonably short notice, and certainly no later than the beginning of January 2019. Flexible working is an option for this role, those who are seeking both full-time and part-time positions are encouraged to apply.
