Leading hedge fund looking to appoint an experienced employment lawyer to its HR Advisory team in London.
In this role you will sit in the business and join a well-staffed HR team to advise on a broad range of HR and employment related work. You will advise on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, employee relations, HR policy and strategy including performance management and grievance/disciplinary, remuneration and benefits, employment related investigations, claims and litigation, senior executive and traders service contracts and terminations, international assignments, confidentiality and restrictive covenants, diversity & inclusion, equal pay, flexible working, any TUPE transfers and business changes.
You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have a minimum of 5 years' PQE and have had experience working at a hedge fund, investment bank or trading platform. Experience advising on traders' restrictive covenants and the tax implications of employment through Cayman/overseas offices would be ideal.
This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded employment/HR Counsel to join a friendly and experienced team to work closely with the business at strategic/Board level.
