This global technology business and disruptive player in the enterprise software support market is looking to bring on a commercial/technology lawyer in a newly created position.
The core focus of this role will be on commercial EMEA transactions, with the opportunity to expand to more regions on a global scale as you progress with the organisation. You will report directly to both the EMEA General Counsel while working closely with business partners in Sales, Marketing, IT and more.
This role demands someone who is French qualified with fluency in both English and French. You will have commercial transactions experience within the technology industry and ideally be 3-8 years' PQE. A mixture of both In-House and Private Practice experience is preferable but not required.
