This European corporate bank is looking to appoint a general banking lawyer to join its legal team in London.
Supporting all business lines, you will advise on a broad range of banking matters including trade finance transactions, debt/syndicated finance, cash management, custody, prime brokerage, regulatory changes (MIFID, AIFMD, Brexit), derivatives/markets products as well as general commercial agreements.
You will have trained and qualified at a top City Law firm, have ideally gained circa 5-8 years' PQE advising on trade finance facilities, loan syndication, derivatives products, FX and OTC products. Experience with receivables/supply chain financing transactions & documentation will be particularly useful.
This is a rare opportunity to join a small team, and work closely with the Head of Legal. This role would suit a general banking lawyer, looking to broaden its practice into all areas of banking. We will welcome lawyers looking to work part-time as well as full time.
