A high growth software company, is looking for a Head of Legal to join the London legal team.
Reporting into the Global General Counsel this is a highly strategic and commercial role within the organisation. You will be responsible for leading your team to work as an integrated part of the global legal team to provide legal services on global or platform matters including procurement, product support, customer support and security.
You will also be required to drive proactively, or help manage, within the global legal team, projects to manage workflow, improve operational efficiency, achieve global and regional education and training, and enable compliance.
You will ideally have 10-15 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) and have trained at a credible law firm with a number of years post qualification. You must have a strong in-house background gained within a technology company (at least three years), as well as demonstrable management of junior lawyers.
