Are you looking to develop and evolve your litigation experience for a leading UK estate agency and property group, within a well respected and progressive legal team?

We have an exciting and unique opportunity for a junior-mid level lawyer to work with one of our favourite clients. They are looking for a driven lawyer with significant contentious Professional Indemnity claims experience for their busy and high performing legal team. The role comes with a broad range of responsibility and will see you take the lead and manage your own caseload, defending claims againts surveyor defects, residential valuation and conveyancing work, and other property related matters.

You will come with at least 2 years post qualification experience, with solid professional indemnity experience. A big part of your role will be to work with all areas of the business and senior management, so you will be confident and a very clear communicator. A background in property would give you a head start, but if you have solid professional indemnity experience in another industry or in practice, we want to hear from you.

The salary is paying market rate for the right individual, with an impressive car allowance, bonus and pension scheme. You will need to be flexible with occaisonal travel between various brand locations, and offices in London, Chelmsford and Mylten Keyes where the legal team is spread. In fact, you can chose to work permanently in any of these offices, whichever is most convenient for you. Work life balance is key for our client, so flexibility and remote working after your probationary period is an option.
