Our client, an elite Magic Circle City law firm has an outstanding opportunity for an Investment Funds Lawyer for 3 months with the potential to extend.

The Investment Funds group advises on all aspects of investment funds and pooled investment, from the initial structuring of a vehicle to the legal, regulatory, and tax aspects of establishing a fund, and then on an ongoing basis advising in relation to its operation and promotion. The group's work is focused on institutional products, both onshore and offshore products, and open and closed-ended funds. The firm is continually establishing funds in the UK and other key EU jurisdictions such as Luxembourg, and in offshore domiciles such as the Cayman Islands, the Channel Islands, and Mauritius.

The firm operates across asset classes, with a particular emphasis on real estate funds, infrastructure funds, and private equity funds. They have also worked on a significant number of "impact funds". In addition, they have a very active practice advising institutional investors when they invest in a wide range of alternative investment funds. The practice is evenly balanced between work on private funds and listed funds.

The successful Investment Funds Lawyer will ideally have upwards of 1+ PQE with a relevant funds background gained at a top-tier law firm.

To apply for this fantastic Investment Funds Lawyer vacancy, please send your CV ASAP or contact Sandra Pavlou for a confidential discussion.
