An excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level lawyer to join a rapidly scaling global aviation group who specialise in private aircraft charter and providing industry-leading aviation safety and security solutions, to a vast international client base across the US and EMEA regions.
About the role;
Reporting to the General Counsel and Head of Risk & Compliance, you will be primarily responsible for providing legal support in the negotiation and completion of a wide variety of commercial contracts, mainly supporting the commercial and business support teams. This broad role will also require you to get involved in a wide range of cross-functional and cross-border projects, as well as advising and providing ad-hoc support on IP, data protection an corporate governance matters. There is also the potential to become involved in corporate transactions depending on interest and experience.
You will need to have between 2-5 years' PQE either in-house or at a top law firm, with experience of commercial and/or tech transactions. You will need to have demonstrable experience of providing end-to-end contractual support to clients in multiple jurisdictions and have an interest in/working knowledge of compliance matters, particularly data privacy law. You will require a strong commercial acumen, be able to take a pragmatic approach and be confident in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
