We are working with a top-tier offshore law firm on a priority hire for its Hong Kong office. They are keen to hire a commercial disputes lawyer with around 4-6 years of experience.
The role would see you working as part of a large team on a wide range of commercial litigation, restructuring and insolvency matters sourced from Asia involving Cayman and BVI entities, structures and issues.
In particular, your work would include shareholders disputes, contentious and non-contentious insolvency, solvent and insolvent liquidations, restructurings, distressed entity work, court-supervised corporate matters, investment funds disputes and enforcement actions.
You will ideally be working in an international law firm, be UK qualified and keen to move to Hong Kong.
Chinese language skills are preferable, but by no means essential.
