I have been exclusively retained by a rapidly growing global financial services organisation to hire a private equity funds lawyer for their legal team. This is an exciting time to join the business as they are looking to IPO in the next 2 to 3 years.
The role reports directly to the Group General Counsel and is responsible for a wide range of funds works and corporate work, leading legal support on limited partnership investor matters including equity fundraising and investors consents.
You will be an experienced private equity funds lawyer ideally having trained in a magic circle firm or equivalent. General corporate and an offshore funds background are desirable.
The role represents a chance to work for an organisation where you will be exposed to high quality, interesting work in a forward thinking and dynamic culture.
Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
