Our client is one of the world's leading offshore law firms with offices in the Caribbean, Channel Islands, and key financial hubs across the globe. They work alongside their counterparts in the Magic and Silver Circle to advise on offshore elements of high profile, complex transactions.

The firm is looking for a talented senior associate to join their banking team in Jersey, specialising in real estate finance transactions. The team advises both lenders and borrowers, with clients including major banks, private equity houses, and property companies. The successful candidate will be given a broad portfolio of work and enabled to operate with autonomy advising high profile clients around the world. To be considered for this position you will:

  • Be qualified as a solicitor in the UK with approximately 4-8 years' post-qualification experience
  • Have demonstrable expertise in property finance transactions, either as your sole focus or as part of a broader banking or real estate practice
