The role

There is a newly created position for a Senior Associate to join the Melbourne office. The role would see you working across a variety of complex matters in connection with commercial disputes and insolvency. The type of work would include:

  • Advising on high level commercial litigation
  • Acting for well known national corporates, financial institutions and government departments
  • Advising on shareholder and partnership disputes, corporations law, minority shareholder claims, regulatory litigation, trust disputes and general high level contractual disputes.

About you

You will have experience in commercial litigation and insolvency disputes, and be at Senior Associate level. You will have a keen interest in business development and wish to progress with your career in a strong values-driven culture.
