SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL - GLOBAL TECH COMPANY (HYBRID OR FULLY REMOTE)

A global leader in consulting, technology and digital transformation is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel to support the ongoing growth of the group's business.

You will work closely with a broad range of internal stakeholders and external clients, supporting across a range of complex commercial and transactional matters. This role will have substantial autonomy, acting as legal head of the Public Sector division, and will advise on all phases of various deals. You will be the primary point of contact for this area of the UK business and lead complex special projects, including the legal support of large value and complex bids and transactions. You will negotiate contracts for IT, outsourcing, consultancy, digital and engineering services on all phases of deals, ranging from the proposal/bid review stages through to negotiation and post signature issues.

You must be a UK qualified lawyer who is ideally 6-12 years PQE. To be considered for this position you must have prior in-house legal experience or have worked in private practice with in-house secondment experience. Ideally you will have handled IT/Commercial contracts within the Public Sector. This is an autonomous role for an individual that can manage and lead intricate special projects, including large value and complex bids and transactions.
